Gym Box specialities

In our Box, an evaluation is made prior to the beginning of the training, where the objective is to obtain as much information as possible about the student, such as health history, current medication, eating habits and general lifestyle. Our training prescription is individualized and adapted to the goal outlined, always based on the physical limitations of the client.

The training will take into account all these issues and will be "designed" according to the goals and needs of each client. For our part, and because we will always work as a team, we have to offer quality of training, motivation, confidence, safety and requirement ... To the customer we always demand commitment, discipline and focus!

Personal Training

Duet Personal training

Offering the same intensity as one-on-one coaching with the camaraderie of working out with a friend or sibling!

Monthly Membership

We offer a limited number of gym memberships for you train at your own pace. Memberships are subject to specific terms & conditions.

Independent Trainers

If you are an independant trainer; We offer the facilities for you to work out with your clients, one on one.

Specialty Training

Specialized attention and programming forpre- or post-natal clients, as well as those recovering from a severe injury/illness or those who have physical limitations (etc.).

A Gym Box Coach will recommend how many specialty training sessions are needed based on your initial physical assessment.

Sports Specific Training

Are you are training for a marathon, an adventure race, the snowboarding season, or do you need all around sports conditioning?

Gym Box can help you be a more effective athlete. Learn movement preparation, pre-season/in-season training, and the keys to optimal performance.

Fit Over Fifty

Fit & Fierce After 50 offers personal training or shared training, specially designed for seniors.
